This spacious townhome is located on a peaceful and quiet cul de sac, and only minutes from the centre of town, great skiing, golf, beaches and hiking. It provides an ideal location to unwind and relax in every season. In the Winter months after playing in the snow you can cozy up to the fireplace or soothe those tired muscles in your own hot tub, which is open all year round. In the warmer seasons relax on the large patio which is equipped with outdoor dining furniture, a natural gas BBQ and views of the mountain range. The condo also has a large attached garage with plenty of room for parking vehicles and storing your sporting equipment.
Inside this spacious condo you will find a large open concept living area with up to date media options, comfy furniture and everything you need to prepare and serve simple to gourmet meals. On this main level you will also find the Master bedroom, large bathroom, separate laundry area and a sheltered front facing balcony with comfy seating to relax on. The lower level (with garage access) has a roomy foyer leading to two bright and well appointed bedrooms with a spacious shared washroom.
